About me

As the founder of Anamorphosis Coaching & Consulting, I’m deeply passionate about people and their life stories. With over 20 years of international business experience, I specialize in developing individuals and guiding them to success in rapidly evolving environments. My senior management roles in luxury multinational companies have solidified my belief that investing in people is the key differentiator for both individuals and corporations.

Operating primarily in the Geneva and Lausanne areas, I’ve accumulated over 3’000 hours of coaching and consulting experience, facilitated more than 250 workshops, and supported 300+ clients in achieving their goals. I employ the latest, proven tools and techniques to foster successful career transitions—both internally within organizations and externally.

Beyond individual coaching, I assist companies in talent retention and optimal role allocation, aiming to reduce silos, strengthen organizational structures, increase collaboration and boost profitability. My approach is tailored to meet company objectives during periods of growth and transition.

I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business and Labor Psychology, along with a Coaching for Development certification recognized by the International Coaching Federation (ICF). I’m also certified as a Trainer for Adults (FSEA) and a Mental Health First Aider.
My experience spans operations and team management of up to 40 individuals, with a focus on training executives to increase leadership skills and achieve their development goals and supporting unemployed individuals in re-entering the job market.

Diversity is a core value of mine, and I’m passionate about helping others uncover and leverage their hidden skills for professional success. With dual Swiss and Italian nationality, I offer coaching sessions in English, French, and Italian.
